Prior to becoming involved in property management, Nikki had over 20 years’ experience in customer service, administration and call centre management. She has travelled extensively with her jobs which involved managing people in tourism, IT and recruitment. This has given her extensive knowledge of dealing with policy and procedures, very important when managing tenanting property.
